12 Inches Of Snow Possible This Weekend In New York

Today is the day that a massive winter storm will impact New York State and parts of the state will get a foot of snow or more.

The storm is moving into the state this morning and will bring winterly weather with the Eastern Part of New York getting the worst of it.

Most places in and around Albany could see up to 12 inches of snow over the next 48 hours.

Parts of Central New York are under Winter Storm Watches and Warnings and are expecting several inches of snow over the weekend as well.

In Western New York, there will be snow but just not as much as the storm is expected to remain East of the region.
