A new study shows that most of us will give up on our New Year's resolutions before summer hits. Researchers at the University of Scranton found that less than half of us will be able to stick to our resolutions after six months... sometimes it's just six hours for me!

If case you haven't figured it out... Weight loss is the number one resolution, followed by getting organized, spending less, saving more and enjoying life to the fullest.

The study showed that people who explicitly make resolutions are ten times more likely to attain their goals, than people who don't... I'm ready to put the study to the test as I personally resolve to lose weight for 2015.
