The RIGHT Way To Eat Wings (VIDEO)

We Buffalonians take our wings VERY seriously, so when I saw this video, I had to share.

The National Chicken Council's 2013 "Wing Report" says we'll consume over 1.23 BILLION wings this weekend (so what're the REST of you having? I could do that in an hour....), which believe it or not, is actually DOWN about 1% from last year.

We're particular about our wings for sure...but prepare to have your mind blown!  A chef posted this video showing how to properly eat a wing without wasting any meat.
