SPCA Offers Reward for Info on “Tommy”
The SPCA is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for shooting a cat with a bow and arrow in Lackawanna.
Five-year-old "Tommy" was found with an arrow between his eyes last Thursday. The cat's owners rushed him to a small animal hospital. Sadly, 'Tommy" had to be euthanized. Anyone with information is urged to contact the SPCA at 716-629-3502.
