RECIPE: Game Day Mustard Potato Salad
Don't forget the sides on game day. I know there will be plenty of pizza and wings flying around, but what about the potato salad? I love old fashioned mustard potato salad. It's easy to make and everyone loves it. I like to let it refrigerate for at least 4 hours before I serve it, so make this the night before
Ingredients
2 lbs Potatoes
2 tbs cider vinegar
1 stalk celery chopped
2 cups Mayo (Hellmans)
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
3 stalks of green onions- chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp dill
1 tbs yellow mustard
Directions
Boil, peel and cube potatoes. Once potatoes are cooled , toss with vinegar and salt. Mix mayonnaise, scallions, celery, egg, dill, celery seed, mustard and vinegar, Toss with the potatoes.
