Puppy Stolen from Wegmans Parking Lot Reunited with Owners
Earlier this month a family's pet in Syracuse was stolen from their car in a Wegman's parking lot in DeWitt, Syracuse.com reports. The man who took the puppy reportedly claimed the puppy looked scared. He brought the puppy to SPCA.
