The Buffalo Bills season officially ended last night once again in Kansas City as the Chiefs beat the Bills 32-29 to win the AFC Championship.

Most fans are feeling down, feeling mad, and feeling frustrated and that is ok.

It is ok to have these feelings. It is ok to second guess the coaching decisions. It is ok to blame the refs. It is ok because the Buffalo Bills and Bills Mafia will be back next year.

This year many experts expected the Bills to finish 3rd in the AFC East and not even to make the playoffs, so the Bills were playing with house money.

There were plenty of amazing highlights this season. The Bills won their 5th straight AFC East Championship. They went a perfect 10-0 at home at Highmark Stadium, and they have the city of Buffalo and all of Western New York hope.

Mondays were just better after a Bills win. Their run in the playoffs turned just about everyone in the 716 into a Bills fan. People greeted each other with a "Go Bills" instead of a hello. They left saying "Go Bills" instead of goodbye.

For four months the Bills were the sun of the Western New York universe and it was good. Now I am here to say it is ok to feel down, frustrated, or even angry about last night's loss.

When you take all the good of the Bills playing well, you have to take the bad when they lose.

The best part of the loss last night is that the Bills will be back next season. So take a day or two, feel your feels, and just like the Bills, know that we too as Bills Mafia will be back next year.
