Ombre Nails

I saw a little something called "ombre nails" in my Cosmo the other day.  At first I thought "ombre" was the color, then I thought it was the technique, and then I thought it meant "sparkle".

Honestly, I still have no idea what it means.

But I still copied it.  Basically I applied 2 coats of an opaque/light sky blue, and let it dry.  Then I touched on some plain glitter polish (was just clear polish with glitter in it), just on the tips, and then dragged up slightly in the middle.  Let that dry, apply a top coat, and you're all ombre'd out!

Whatever that means. :)
