Nik Wallenda Seeks Online Donations for Falls Wire Walk

Daredevil Nik Wallenda is now seeking online donations to help pay for his high-wire walk across Niagara Falls.

Wallenda is hoping to raise $50,000 by the end of this month via donations on his Indiegogo page.  The stuntman is asking for donations anywhere between $1 and $10 thousand. A dollar donation simply shows your support for the daredevil, but for $5, you'll receive an exclusive photo of the walk. A $10 donation gets you an exclusive photo plus an autographed poster, and for $25, you'll receive all of that plus a shoutout on his Facebook page and Twitter feed.

The more you give, the more goodies you'll receive. The ultimate perk is a backyard wire lesson that comes with a $10,000 donation. The money raised will go toward offsetting the rising costs of the walk -- specifically, the fees associated with training for the event, rigging the wires, marketing, travel, safety and unforeseen issues.
