The changes continue at Channel 2 as long-time reporter and fill-in anchor Lauren Hall lands a new role.

WGRZ-TV Channel 2 announced that Hall will take over the anchor duties of the afternoon show "Most Buffalo"

Hall takes over the role that has been vacant since December 21st when Kate Welshofer left the TV business to spend more time with her family.

Hall had been filling in as the Anchor of "Most Buffalo" since Welshofer left and will now take over the role full-time. She has been with WGRZ-TV since 2019 where she has done several different jobs.

This change comes on the heels of a big departure from the station over the weekend. 17-year Vet Heather Ly announced her final day as anchor on the weekends on WGRZ this past Saturday.

Both these changes come just a couple of weeks after Tara Lynch announced she was leaving WIVB Channel Four for a reporting job in Baltimore.
