Kids in Restaurants – Should There Be a Policy [POLL]

I went out to dinner last night to a "nicer" restaurant and sitting next to me was a couple with their infant baby. The child began to cry and scream almost immediately after being seated and continued nonstop throughout the entire meal.

After looking around I noticed many of the other customers in the restaurant were also upset! So I began wondering what would it be like if restaurants had designated times for families with children that were under a certain age. This could allow patrons the option to avoid situations similar to the one I encountered.
