It’s Time To Disconnect A Little [VIDEO]

I had a friend in town this past weekend, and after he left, I realized that I hadn't really looked at Facebook all weekend. I was spending time with him, and except for a couple of tweets, I didn't really use my phone at all! It was really nice, and after seeing this video, I'm going to make disconnecting more of a habit.

The narrator says, "We are a generation of idiots. Smart phones and dumb people," and I think he's right! I had another friend visit in October, and he was on his phone almost the whole time he was here in Buffalo!

Something to keep in mind this week: "Go out into the world and leave the distractions behind." You don't know how much you are missing by being so connected!
