Hurricane Matthew — Hear Laura Daniels’ Friend In Orlando [AUDIO]

My realtor, Kim Hunt, became a good friend of mine (during my 7-month search for my first home in 2014!), so I was bummed when she and her family (her wonderful husband, Eric, above, and their 6 kids!) moved to Orlando last year.

Kim has a LOVE for "the Mouse" and wanted to fulfill her dream of not only continuing being a stellar real estate agent, but also moving closer to Disney.  She actually picked up a part-time job with the parks too!

Prior to moving, she was a Tonawanda resident, and while we're no stranger to weather emergencies in WNY, Kim is literally in the eye of one of the most historic hurricanes in Florida in the last decade.

Around 6:30 this morning, I checked in with Kim to get a first-hand look at how things were outside her door.  (She and her family are in an area that is NOT required to evacuate, so they were staying put)
