How to Make Homemade Organic Toothpaste [VIDEO]

I just went through a very painful period in my life that ended with an tooth extraction. I do brush often but perhaps not as often as I should. I must increase flossing as well. And I think I'll follow this recipe for homemade tooth paste because the commercial brands just aren't as healthy for your teeth as they claim.

You'll need a glass jar, coconut oil (preferably raw), baking soda, xylitol sugar and peppermint essential oil. Mix it all together for a sparkling natural smile.
