Dumb Criminal Hands Stolen ID Back to Owner! [VIDEO]

There are a lot of dumb criminals out there, but this one is the BEST stories I've heard yet! A girl had her wallet stolen on a night out with friends.  Credit cards, cash, ID -- all gone!  A week or so later, this girl was at work, and the criminal came in and did the stupidest thing I've ever heard!
