Dameon Wayans and The Irish Festival are in WNY This Weekend
There is ALWAYS something going on in Buffalo and Western New York, for example, comedian Damon Wayans will take the stage at Helium Comedy Club for shows on Thursday, Aug. 27th through Sunday the 30th. Check out what else is happening this weekend!
From Saturday the 29th through the 30th, you'll enjoy the Elmwood Avenue Festival of the Arts. There will be 170 amazing artists working in 16 different mediums. Enjoy music, dance, puppetry and more on four stages! Bring the children for Kidsfest! They'll enjoy hands-on activities. Eat at the Cafe featuring foods from around the world. Remember your wallet as special sidewalk sales and events by their Elmwood merchants will get some some fine art for your home.
Come and celebrate Irish heritage, food, drink, music and fun for three days at Buffalo Riverworks! Admission to the Festival is FREE Friday from 4:00-5:30pm for the traditional Parade of Ireland's 32 Counties. Tickets are $10 advance, $15 day of show, and weekend passes are available.
Canalside’s beach and sand play areas are still open throughout the Summer! Plus the Canalside Boat & Auto Show is this weekend.
