The Western New York Diversity Job Fair was last month, and we gave you recommendations on writing your resume so you could find a great new job! But a lot of employers at the job fair wanted applicants to apply online and requested a digital copy of their resume instead of a printed copy.

A new service is starting up that allows you to connect to employers online via Twitter and Facebook using a multimedia resume.
