Is it just me or do you find yourself eating two to three 100 calorie packs of anything. I recently read an article stating the five foods that can help you stay thin. I'm not surprised my Nabisco 100 calorie snack packs were not on the list.

1. Apples- Fiber is key to staying full

2. Almonds- A study in 2009 in "The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition" found that women who ate nuts at least two times a week were more successful at keeping weight off than those who didn't.

3. Salmon- It's an excellent source of protein & it's packed with healthy Omega 3

4. Eggs- Studies show that eating two eggs in the morning can help you loose weight and feel fuller longer

5. Tomatoes- One cup of cooked tomatoes is a little over 40 calories and tastes great!
