Good news if you drink massive amounts of coffee everyday... looks like your heart probably ISN'T going to randomly explode.

For some time now we have been getting mixed messages about our favorite drink. With some research suggesting that drinking coffee can improve health while other studies advise people to cut down on their consumption.

Researchers found that people could drink up to 25 CUPS a day without having any extra risk of hardening their arteries or a stroke or heart problems. Of course that doesn't mean you SHOULD go nuts on coffee.

"We're not telling people to drink 25 cups a day . . . [but] coffee can be enjoyed as part of a healthy lifestyle."

By the way the results were similar for regular and decaf coffee.
