Were you a WCW or WWF fan?
You liked one or the other back in the day before Vince McMahon merged the two brands and solely marketed itself as WWE in 2011.
Recently, Vince struck a deal with FOX to start airing Smackdown starting in 2019.
As we go through the list, keep in mind these are either former WCW and WWF stars as well as recent WWE stars because of course, icons like Dick "The Destroyer" Beyer and Illio Dipaolo.

Lex Lugar
Lugar is a lifelong Buffalo Bills fan and you can still bump into him if you're out in the Orchard Park area. The former heavyweight champs' real name is Lawrence Pfohl.

The Executioner
The Executioner aka Donn Lewin (don't get confused --there was another wrestler that used The Executioner named Teddy Gordy afterwards) was a big wrestler, but he was best known after his ring days as training Greg "The Hammer" Valentine.

Chris Kanyon
Chris Kanyon aka Chris Klucsarits graduated from UB and debuted in the late 90s in WCW. He mad a few brands including his tag team debut as the "Men at Work" construction guys, his masked character 'Mortis' and later came back as Chris Kanyon in the WWF.
He passed away in 2010 from suicide

Kevin Bennett
Newcomer Kevin Bennett from Buffalo is the latest to make it to the big league. Fingers crossed that the next big superstar is from the Queen City! He has trained Empire State Wrestling.
