I always hear 'Wow you're in a good mood". I prefer to be in a good mood compared to a nasty one. Watch out, Naomi Campbell has nothing on me. I'm kidding. You will feel much better about you and the people around you when you are in a good mood. Change a few of your bad habits and watch the glow from within shine. Try a few of these key things to keep you in a good mood.

1. Breakfast.Stay away from a fast burning carb full breakfast. This may be why you are so cranky, your hungry !!! Carb breakfasts cause your blood sugar to surge and crash. Start with a meal that includes protein, a little fat and carbs.  Think egg whites, English muffin and Canadian bacon. Hold the cheese

2. Don't  get too hungry. Going hours without food sets you up for serious failure. I will eat what ever I see if I'm hungry. I almost feel for the ladies giving out the samples. This only makes you crabby and causes you to overeat at your next meal. Try smaller meals and small healthy snacks.

3. Workouts. Exercise is great for both health and mood. When your all finished a nice cup of Greek yogurt and a piece of fruit can help you feel energized.
4. Pay attention. Pay attention to what is going on in your life. Get organized and start your day early. Cut off the television and computer and put in 8 hours of sleep.
