Winning Powerball Ticket Sold In New York State

The "Big Money" winning continues this week in New York State.

For the third straight day there has been a "Big Money" winning lottery ticket sold in New York State. The New York State Lottery announced that there was a 3rd place prize winning Powerball ticket sold in New York from last night's drawing.

Wednesday's Powerball numbers were: 11-13-28-51-58 with a Powerball number of 01.

Last night's "Big Money" winning ticket matched four out of five numbers and also had the Powerball number.

That was the 4th "Big Money" winning Powerball ticket sold in New York this week and the 7th one since last Saturday's Powerball drawing.

No one claimed the grand prize with Wednesday's Powerball drawing making the jackpot for Saturday's drawing now worth $378 million dollars.

The Powerball is drawn every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday night at 10:59 pm. Tickets are $2 for a regular ticket and $3 for a ticket with the Powerplay which can double, triple, quadruple, or even increase the prize amount by 5 times.
