Winning Mega Millions Ticket Sold In New York

The lottery winning continued on Tuesday in New York State with the Mega Millions.

The New York State Lottery announced that one "Big Money" winning Mega Millions ticket was sold in New York from last night's drawing.

That ticket won the 3rd place prize of $10,000 after it matched four out of five numbers and also had the Mega ball.

The odds of winning the 3rd place prize with the Mega Millions are 1 in 931,001.

Tuesday's winning Mega Millions numbers were: 1-19-26-38-69 with the Mega ball of 15.

This was the fourth "big money" winning lottery ticket sold in New York this week. There were three "big money" winners with the Powerball on Monday night. Each one of those tickets won $50,000.

No one claimed the grand prize from last night's Mega Millions so that means the jackpot for Friday Night's drawing is now up to $277 million dollars.

The numbers #3, #10, #14, #31, and #8 have all been drawn at least 65 times since 2017.

The most commonly drawn Mega ball numbers were: #22, #11, #18, #24, and #4. Each one of those Mega ball numbers was drawn at least 35 times since 2017.

Of course playing those numbers might not guarantee you a win, but if you like to play the odds, they might give you a better chance of winning one of the prizes.

The Mega Millions is drawn twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays and tickets are $2 each or $3 with the Multiplier.
