Where Did These Balloons Come From? [VIDEO]

Now that the weather is warmer, lots of people are spending time outdoors! Our studios are in the Rand Building in downtown Buffalo, so we have a birds eye view of Lafayette Square -- and earlier today, I saw this fun group of people in bright green shirts partying down there...and then they released all of these balloons!

Why were they there? What were they doing? Why the balloons?

All of these are very good questions that I finally have the answer to! It's Mental Health Awareness Month, and in honor of that, a group of mental health organizations did the Harlem Shake in Lafayette Square to raise awareness!
