Charlie is an active pup (about a year old) who came to the Buffalo Animal Shelter as a stray. The sad thing is, Charlie was already spayed AND microchipped...but the microchip was never registered.  No one has called to claim dear Charlie...maybe YOUR family could welcome him home -- and register him! :)
