
Cold Wet Finish To May In Western New York
May wasn't the month of warm, sunny days that many of us in Western New York were hoping for.
In fact, we didn't get those May flowers we were supposed to from April showers, we just got more May showers.
It looks like that trend will continue as well this final week of May in the 716.
This Week's Western New York Weather Forecast
After a nice start to the final week of May in Western New York, things are doing a 180 today and through the end of May.
A cold front is set to bring well below average temperatures this week, along with scattered rain showers. We are looking at rain for most of the day today with a high of only 62.

That cold, damp weather continues on Thursday with more rain scattered throughout the day and a high of only 64, which is about 5-10 degrees cooler than normal for this time of year.
The final weekend of May will also be a cold, wet weekend with afternoon showers expected on Friday and Saturday.
Western New York Weather Forecast For June
Fingers crossed we get some help from Mother Nature as we get into the month of June. It looks like June will start off sunny and decent. We are looking at sunshine for Sunday and Monday with temperatures in the 60s and low 70s.
That trend looks like it continues next week as well, which hopefully will kick off the warm summer weather here in Western New York.
