Massive Pepperoni Recall Issued By Wegmans In New York
If you plan on making homemade pizza or a charcuterie board, you need to double-check the pepperoni you are using.
Wegmans has issued a massive recall of their Italian Classics Uncured Pepperoni that has a "use by" date of August 28th and 29th, 2024.

The recall was issued because the product could be contaminated with metal foreign materials that happened during the processing of the meat.
The product’s UPC code is 2-07939-00000-6, and customers can return the product to Wegmans' service desks for refunds.
This isn't the first recall Wegmans has made so far this year. In total, Wegmans has issued a total of 14 recalls since the beginning of 2024.

Those recalls included Enfamil Nutramigen Powdered Baby Formula, Wegmans FYFGA Harissa Hummus Dip, Wegmans Half Loaf Garlic Bread, and Bright Farms Salad Kit.
