As you may have heard, Independent Health and the Buffalo Bills have teamed up for a healthy initiative....where it's a win-win!  YOU get healthier, YOU earn points, YOU win stuff (including maybe a trip to the SUPER BOWL!!!!)

I participated in the "Media Challenge" which meant I competed against 3 other teams, all comprised of local media folks.  My team (above, L to R) was Jazzy T (from sister station, WBLK), myself, John DiSciullo (from WBBZ-TV), Dan Russell (from Time Warner Cable News).
