Vicious Dog Beating Caught On Camera [Video]

Animal cruelty investigators have charged a local man for the alleged beating of a young pit bull after the incident was captured on video and wound up on YouTube. Police say 32-year-old David Roman, who has apparently been staying with friends in Buffalo and Elma, has been charged with misdemeanor animal cruelty.  Authorities say a video was posted on YouTube over the weekend showing Roman brutally beating a one-year-old female pit bull.  The dog, named Diamond, is now recovering at the Erie County SPCA.
