If you shop at Tops, you are going to want to double-check any deli items you might have purchased at their Delaware Ave and Sheridan Drive location. The local grocery chain announced that they have voluntarily recalled 147 different products that were sold from the deli at that store.

Tops Issues Deli Recall In Western New York

Tops put out a press release stating that 147 items were part of the voluntary recall due to possible contamination with meat, cheese, ready-made items, and Cafe carry-out items. The items were being recalled after they might have been contaminated after an accident with a slicer in the deli department. The slicer wasn't properly sanitized after an accident, and the food items were prepared by the slicer.

Some of the food impacted by the recall include Wardynski Charlie the butcher Beef grab and go, Butterball Honey Smoked Turkey, Deli Traditional Ham Off The Bone, Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef, and Deli Traditional Yellow American Cheese.
