The Varysburg Hotel Bar and Grill has all that and more. It has a brand new owner who spent the past couple of years remodeling the entire place. The bar is bigger, there are Airbnb rentals on the top floor, and the food is out of this world.

My wife went there a couple of weeks ago, and it was worth the trip from Hamburg. The Fish Fry was amazing, and everything you would want and more from a Fish Fry. I ordered the smash burger with cheese and bacon, and that was delicious. It was so good, I wanted to order another one, but we had to try the pizza too.

This is true Buffalo pizza with the cup pepperoni and gooey cheese. Plus, they have Pizza specials on Thursday, where you get a large pizza for just $15. They also have wing deals and live music on the weekend.
