Every once in a while we hear a story about a big celebrity tipper, like Johnny Depp tipping a lucky waiter four-thousand-dollars.  Well, what about the cheapskates?  You know, the celebrities who could easily tip big but don't!  You'll never believe who's on this list!

The Miami New Times has come out with a list of  Top Ten Cheapest Celebrity Tippers!  I was really surprised by a few people who made the list.  This also has me wondering how much of a tip is appropriate?  I always thought 15-percent, or "double the tax" as some folks say.  And this raises the question, "Should celebrities leave a higher tip than the average Joe (or Cheryl)?" 

Top Ten Cheapest Celebrity Tippers as reported by the Miami New Times:

10.  Rachael Ray:  Ray once tipped one-dollar on a ten-dollar tab plus she promotes less than 20-percent tips on her show. 

9.   Bill Cosby:  Cosby once left a three-dollar tip on a 350-dollar bill.

8.   Sean Penn:  Penn left no tip on a 450-dollar bill in New Orleans. 

7.  Mariah Carey:  Carey reportedly once kept a restaurant open after hours yet left no tip at all.

6.  Usher:  Usher is notorious for always trying to get someone else to pay his bill.

5.  Jeremy Piven: Piven once left a signed "Entourage" DVD as a tip.

4.  LeBron James:  James once had a steak house stay open till late so he could finish his meal, leaving only a ten-dollar tip on an 800-dollar tab.

3.  Barbara Streisand:  Streisand has been repeatedly mentions as being a bad tipper.  Once left a ten-dollar tip on a 457-dollar bill.

2.  Madonna:  Madonna has been mentioned on numerous bad tipper lists.  She once left an 18-dollar tip on a 400-dollar tab.

1.  Tiger Woods:  Tiger reportedly says the reason he doesn't tip is because he doesn't carry cash.
