Could you imagine scratching off an instant win lottery ticket to the tune of $500,000 and then the state lottery says, "whoops, sorry for the misprint." That's what happened to this guy in New Mexico and many are saying, pay up!
John Wines went in and bought an instant ticket at his local gas station. Soon was jumping for joy! That euphoria quickly went away when the New Mexico lottery said they would not be paying him due to a printing error. Whatttttt???
Should someone be forced to pay John or should he just write it off?
