Take The 3 Day Military Diet
This morning we heard lots of great weight loss stories and are always looking for new ways to keep the weigh out and be healthy. I wanted to share my story about the military diet and how it helped me.
The Military Diet is a diet that helps you lose up to 10 pounds in 3 days. The US military will use this to help get recruits in shape before basic training. I was able to lose 8.6 pounds in the 3 days! The best part of the diet is that it does allow for subsuties. I am not an egg guy so I was able to swap in some other food that I enjoy instead of the eggs!
If you want to try the diet here is an example of what one day looks like for all three meals:
DAY 1:
Breakfast
1/2 Grapefruit
1 Slice of Toast
2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)Lunch
1/2 Cup of Tuna
1 Slice of Toast
1 cup Coffee or Tea (with caffeine)Dinner
3 ounces of any type of meat
1 cup of green beans
1/2 banana
1 small apple
1 cup of vanilla ice cream
