Ohio Woman Shot Dead by Neighbor for Mowing Her Lawn Too Late [VIDEO]

I've often wondered if mowing my lawn at 9am was too early and would disturb my neighbors. Well, an Ohio man is now in jail after police say he shot his mother’s neighbor because she had begun mowing her lawn at 9pm in the evening! Unbelievable.

Sadly, 50-year old James Blair shot Linda Ciotto, 62, outside her Kirkwood Drive home just after 11 p.m. and then rolled the running lawnmower over her body. He then barricaded himself in his mother’s house for six hours before surrendering to police.
