“Big Money” Winning Mega Millions Ticket Sold In New York

Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing was very lucky for one lottery player in New York State.

There was one "Big Money" winning Mega Millions ticket sold in New York from Tuesday's drawing. That ticket matched four out of five numbers and also had the Megaball to win the 3rd place prize. With the built-in Megaplier, that ticket won $30,000.

On top of the "Big Money" winner, there were also 9 4th-place winning tickets sold from Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing. Those tickets matched four out of five numbers but missed out on the Megaball. Based on the built-in Megaplier, those tickets won between $1000 and $2000 dollars.

There were also 26 5th-place winning tickets sold from last night's drawing. Those tickets matched three out of five numbers and also had the Megaball. Those tickets won between $400 and $2000 based on each ticket's built-in Megaplier.

Was There A Grand Prize Winner From Last Night's Mega Millions Drawing?

There was no grand prize winner from Tuesday's drawing. That means the jackpot will increase to $100 million dollars for Friday night's drawing. There hasn't been a grand prize winner with the Mega Millions since April 18th. One winning ticket was sold for that drawing in Ohio.
