Kanye West Is Slapped With A Lawsuit

Kanye West was served with a lawsuit stemming from an incident three years ago. A photographer claims that he sustained injuries after a scuffle with Kanye's security team, and now he's pursuing damages. Miguel Vasquez states that the May 2008 assault happened at a party, where Kanye was supposed to perform.

When the accident happened in 2008, Vasquez filed the same day, stating that his camera and his cell phone had been taken. While police threw out the case because it was "unfounded," Vasquez now wants a payout. The damages are unspecified, of course.
