Justin Getting A Hair Cut?

Teen star Justin Bieber is set for a big year.  He'll have his "Never Say Never" movie released next month, another album is forthcoming and more touring.  Bieber tells MTV News that his wish list includes winning a Grammy.  He says he's been nominated for two of the music industry awards and says, quote, "So if I win that would be awesome."  Other plans for 2011 include a possible hair cut.  He says after the movie he may cut his locks a little shorter.
