Jimmy Buffett is bouncing back after taking a tumble during a show in Sydney, Australia Wednesday night.  A post on the singer's website says he's been released from the hospital and is "doing well."  The veteran performer was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital after he made a wrong move during a concert at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion and fell from the stage.  TMZ.com says doctors gave Buffett the OK to leave after seeing the results of a CAT scan, which showed no signs of trauma.  TMZ has video footage of the incident that shows him stepping off the stage and falling onto the concrete floor.  Buffett hasn't said if, or how, the accident will affect his touring schedule.  His next show is set for Saturday in Auckland, New Zealand.
