This Saturday's playoff game between the Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos could come down to a play or two, and the Bills might have a big advantage.

Bills/Broncos Weather Forecast

This Saturday's NFL playoff game in Denver could end up being the coldest home game of the year for the Broncos. While it seems laughable that a high of 39 would be the coldest game of the year to Bills fans and players, it really never gets extemely cold in Denver like in Buffalo.

Bills Will Have A Big Advantage Over Broncos On Saturday

The cold weather could be a big advantage for the Buffalo Bills, and here is why:

1 - Bills Players are used to playing in cold weather. They are used to getting their bodies ready for extreme cold. With a high in the upper 30s, it won't even seem that cold for Bills players, especially compared to the last several games at Highmark Stadium.

2 - Cold weather is better for the running game. Heading into this playoff game, the Denver Broncos have one of the better pass defenses. If it is cold, the Bills will rely more on the running game, and this is where they have an advantage. The Bills' offensive line outweighs the Denver D-line and hopefully they will push them around.

3- The cold weather will have an impact on the quarterback throwing the ball and recievers catching it. When it is cold, the football can feel like a rock and it can be more difficult to catch and throw. I would rather have Josh Allen throwing the ball in cold weather over Bo Nix.
