How To Be Scammed!

This makes me so angry!!! Where do these skimmers or scammers get off ripping off hard working people. I recently read a story about unknowing consumers who were ripped off at Michael's craft stores. Thieves had installed skimmers on their machines and stole large sums of money from the happy crafters. If these thieves would take all of this energy and make themselves useful to society it would be a better place for us all. All of the machines will be replaced, but the damage has been done. Using your debit card may not be the best thing. I love to make beautiful crafts and I always find everything I need in Michaels. The people are always friendly and helpful and this includes the customers. I hope the FBI acts like the TSA and shakes everyone down.  

This is how they were able to do it.

1. A device pulls the info from the cards magnetic strip

 2. The other device captures your pin and hand movements as you key in pin. They can also place a electronic membrane over the keypad to record your keystrokes.

3. They make a copy of  your info and run to the ATM and clean you out
