Topical Depression Debby is bringing the rain to New York today.

There is a risk of flash flooding across parts of New York as up to 5 inches of rain could fall over the next 24 hours.

Several flood watches have already been issued and the National Weather Service said parts of the state could see moderate amounts of flooding.


The rain is not the only thing that Debby is bringing to New York. There is also an elevated risk of tornados for Central and Eastern New York.
