Flooding New York State

Topical Depression Debby is bringing the rain to New York today.

The remnants of Hurricane Debby will be making their way into New York State over the next several days and that could lead to massive flooding for some parts of New York.

This weekend parts of New York saw heavy amounts of rainfall in a very short period of time.
