Happy 60th Anniversary Mom And Dad!

How many couples do you know who've been together for 60 years?  Its quite an accomplishment in this day and age, I think.  Somehow, my Mom and Dad have managed to pull it off.  They will be celebrating on Sunday, July 17 amongst family and friends from near and far at their home.  I asked my Dad, Ernest how he met my Mom, Britta.  They both were attending college at New York University and became acquainted in a German Lit class they were both in.  They got married 3 years later and the rest is history!  The key to their longevity, according to Dad is plenty of compromise.  So, happy anniversary!  And many more to come!
