As someone that does his own shopping I am constantly looking for low-fat, low-carb foods. So an on-line piece in Yahoo Health today really caught my eye.

It basically reinforced the concept that eating fat, does NOT make you fat. It's calories that make you fat, and most “low-fat” or “fat-free” foods actually have just as many calories as their original versions.

Also eating "free restaurant foods", breads, chips and salsa, is not the way to go, drinking diet soda, skipping meals, and eating fast are also problems when watching your weight. Read what else this Men's Health article had to say.
