1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The MIX LIKE LISTEN AND WIN Giveaway contest will begin on 12am EST Monday January 4 2016 and end on 12 mid January 28 2016.

b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s): People will be directed to “LIKE” a daily post on the MIX Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/Mix96Buffalo/ Mon-Friday during the duration of the contest. Then MIX will announce one name at approximately 11:10 am EST. and that person will have 30 minutes to call us at 716 644-9696 to be qualified and IN TO WIN the trip (1 in 20 ). If the person fails to call us back within 30 minutes MIX will announce another winner and will continue to do so until a qualifier is entered. A second opportunity to qualify will also be available on line at www.mix96buffalo.com by entering a social sweeps (MIX Newsletter, You Tube, Facebook and/or Twitter).

c. The person to call us within 30 minutes at (716) 644-9696 when they hear their name will be qualified and IN TO WIN the trip (1 in 19 ) A second opportunity to qualify will also be available on line at www.mix96buffalo.com by entering a social sweeps (MIX Newsletter, You Tube, Facebook and/or Twitter).

d. WMSX will be holding a reverse lottery drawing for all checked in finalists. Names will be put in a bin and WMSX will then randomly draw names. If your name is called, you will be eliminated. The last finalist left in the bin will be our grand prize winner. Party Date: January 28th 2016 Time: 6-8pm (Must be present by 7:30pm) Location: Soho (64 W. Chippewa St.) Buffalo, New York *Employees, directors and officers of WMSX (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, including, without limitation, Soho and other radio stations in the Greater Buffalo Niagara metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win. Immediate family shall mean: mother, father, spouse, children or siblings. BOTH QUALIFIER AND GUEST MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER. (Winners will be responsible for all taxes where applicable)

e. The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call.

f. One entry per person per household

g. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The contest is open to all WMSX listeners who are 21 years of age or older and who legally reside in the continental United States, within the terrestrial broadcast area of the radio station. Employees of WMSX (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Western New York metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS are ineligible to participate or win.

b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.

c. Winner and guest must be able to travel via airlines

3. PRIZES

a. On prize will be awarded: Trip for two (2) DATES: TBD to the 2016 Grammy Awards Monday February 15, 2016 in Los Angeles, California.
Trip includes roundtrip air transportation from Buffalo, New York and 2 night hotel accommodations along with two tickets to the Grammy Awards.*
*Does not include transportation fees to and from the airport. (ARV: $2,500)

b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within forty-five (45) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.

b. Winner will be selected January 28th 2016 WMSX will be holding a reverse lottery drawing for all checked in finalists. Names will be put in a bin and WMSX will then randomly draw names. e. Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by random selection of remaining eligible entries

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

d. The Station, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Station’s Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

f. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

g. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
