How dare I speak on this subject right before Easter. I love sugar!!! I crave it and I need it as much as my two cups of coffee a day. Sugar is not bad as long as you can keep it under control. A few jelly beans every now and then wont kill you.

How do you fight the cravings? Research has shown that sweet craving usually hit after a meal. Try having a cup of peppermint tea or dried fruit to stave off your major sugar crush. So remember as the kids are hunting for jelly beans and nibbling bunny ears drink your tea and nibble one ear.. Just don't eat the other end first, there is much more to go around.
