One of the biggest party days in Western New York is right around the corner, and the question you have to ask yourself is, where are you going to celebrate? The good news is that there will be plenty of places to have fun on Dyngus Day in Buffalo.

What Is Dyngus Day?

Dyngus Day is a celebration of the end of Lent. It happens the Monday after Easter, and it is a celebration of Polish heritage. People celebrate with water throwing (or shooting from squirt guns) and the wacking of people with Pussy Willows to symbolize cleansing and spring fertility.
