Darius Rucker Sings with Developmentally Challenged Youth at ACMs [VIDEO]

Darius Rucker brought the crowd to tears last night at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.
Darius sang 'Music From The Heart' which was written by Chris Young and Brett James, with a group of developmentally challenged youth from the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center.
