The Chiefs have become a major thorn in the Bills' side over the past couple of years. Over the past five years, the Bills have taken on the Kansas City Chiefs 5 times.

The Bills are 2-3 in those games including two playoff losses.

Overall the Bills and Chiefs have faced off 49 times since 1960. Overall the Bills have a slight edge with an overall 25-23-1 record.

The last time the Buffalo Bills beat the Kansas City Chiefs in the playoffs was back in the AFC Championship game in 1994. The Bills won that game 30-13 and were headed off to their fourth straight Super Bowl.

Since that game, the Chiefs have gone won to win one Super Bowl in 2020 while the Buffalo Bills have made it to the playoffs every year since 2019. Their season has ended twice at the hands of the Chiefs in the playoffs.
